4. About Benzaiten
Benzaiten is engaged in the business of providing consulting services to the board of directors, CXOs and various entities interested in understanding, assessing and leveraging new technology and science and its applicability to their companies or society. Benzieten also conduct activities for promoting collaboration in Science and Technology across the world-Including seminar and events (“Business”). As a part of its Business, Benzaiten organizes workshops and conferences on various topics related to science and technology (“Workshops and Events”).

you have behaved in a way, which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or unlawful or illegal or which would bring any claims against Benzaiten.

16. Force Majeure
Benzaiten shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond the its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.

Certain laws require to maintain data with respect to the Website and other personal information in a prescribed format and Benzaiten will use all the information to the extent required in compliance with the applicable laws and as may be directed or amended from time to time.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad Telangana, India.

20. Refund Policy
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the Workshop and Events, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund

22. Feedback and Testimonial
In case where a User is contacted by Benzaiten for a feedback, the User agrees to allow Benzaiten to use the feedback to be shared with public at Benzaiten’s discretion.
In case where the User agrees to share a video testimonial, in such case benzaiten shall be allowed to use such testimonial for publicity and advertisement on the Website and social media handles of Benzaiten.
