Reena Dayal
Reena Dayal is an Innovation Management Expert who has conceptualized , incubated and set up Innovation Management Functions within Organizations. Reena Dayal is the CEO of Benzaiten Advisors . She is a seasoned Business Leader who has spent the last 28 years Creating Organizational Innovation Frameworks, Deploying them, Enabling Collective Innovation , Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship and working with External Ecosystems in Emerging and Future Tech Areas.
She has successfully incubated new Business , Technology Focus areas and Partnerships within Organizations and her Understanding of Internal and External Innovation Systems is strongly supported by the Depth and Breadth of Business and Technology Knowledge and Experiences.
Her understanding of the Industry and the Ecosystem has enabled her to drive Ecosystem collaborations in Nascent Tech areas so that new Business Opportunities , Skill development and Innovation work in Tandem
She played a key role in the Storage Networking Ecosystem in India in the 2004 to 2010 time period and is currently focused on the Quantum Technology Ecosystem.
She is a Chevening Fellow and was invited by the Government of UK on an all paid Scholarship to attend the Science Innovation and Policy 3 month Program at Oxford. She is the author of the book “ Innovation Magic – The science and Art of Innovation Management” .
She is also the author of “ Innovation Governance – Board Imperatives” which is a short guide for the Boards of Companies for being Future Ready through and Effective Governance around Innovation. Both her book and the Board Reference have been referred to by many Companies and Individuals.
She is the founding member and Governing Board member of Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India, Ex Chairperson of the Storage Networking Industry Association of India, Founding Chairperson of the Quantum Special Interest Group under IEEE in India.
Steering Committee Member of the IEEE Global Quantum Initiative and Member Advisory Committee on Quantum for the Government of Telangana.
